CrossFit for Beginners is a 3-week program for anyone looking to start a new fitness routine. No previous exposure to CrossFit workouts is required.
We can help you lose weight and live a healthier, more active life. All levels of fitness are welcome!
This program includes 6 sessions where we teach:
- the foundational movements of functional fitness, nutrition, goal setting and how to incorporate healthy behaviors into everyday life.
The program will start on August 14 and run till August 31st with 2 sessions per week:
- Mondays, 7-8pm
- Thursdays, 7-8pm
This session is limited to only 10 spots. We expect the spots to fill up quickly!
