"I had no idea what to expect when I started the Intro to Crossfit class back in January, so I was surprised at how quickly the other members were to encourage us and to make us feel like we were part of the “family”! After the intro class was over, I immediately signed up because I was hooked! In fact, every single one of us who went through the Intro class signed up. If I had one thing I could say to someone who was on the fence about trying out Crossfit, just know that no matter what your skill level, fitness level, age, etc, the coaches will find a modification just for you. Try it out; you won’t regret it!

"I’ve been doing Cross Fit for 6 months, but have been thinking about it for 2 years. Each time the Intro Class came around I wanted to sign up but the fear and intimidation set in of the unknown. The questions of “Can I do this?” At the beginning of 2018 I received a notification of an Intro Class and immediately made the commitment, signed up, and I have not looked back. The intro class is extremely helpful in learning the basics of Cross Fit, plus you get great workouts with great people! The Coaches are knowledgeable and motivating! In the past 6 months, I have never felt stronger than I do now! I am amazed at what I can do and how much I have improved in strength. "I came in because running, taking classes at other gyms and other various things were not helping with my 50 yr old body. It took about 8 weeks but with help from not only the coaches but other members, along with nutritional guides from owner/coach Lera, i am happy to report i lost my middle age spread i am 10 lbs. lighter and am stronger than ever. Springtime is a very busy time for me and I've had to back off due to other commitments and the owners worked with me as far as making arrangements for different options of membership. They are not only patient in their training they are also community oriented. For those who are questioning weather this is the right fit or your not sure (like me) give it shot. you will be amazed at what you can do....”
