Two Roads Fall Nutrition Challenge

The Two Roads Fall Nutrition Challenge will start Sep 18. 

We will have teams of 2 and you get to pick your team mate/accountability buddy this time! It should be someone who has similar goals to you (i.e. lose body fat, gain strength/muscle, etc.). The challenge will run for 10 weeks and will be habit based rather than certain diet/foods restrictive.

We will use a Facebook group for all Challenge communications and once you sign up online, we'll add you. Non-members are welcome! 

The challenge is habit based and we will track habits using an online software system Wodify Journal.
