Bring Your Hookgrip: 4-Week Olympic Weightlifting Class

Back by popular demand! Bring Your Hookgrip class is back at Two Roads CrossFit in Carlisle, PA, this time for 4 weeks

This class will cover the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting movements technique and positioning. 

Open to athletes of all ability. It's a perfect opportunity to spend time practicing the most technically challenging movements in CrossFit: snatch and clean & jerk.

Regardless of experience, this is a great opportunity to enhance your Weightlifting prowess within the sport of CrossFit.

What's the schedule?
We'll have 2 classes per week starting on Oct. 16:
- Tuesdays, 7-8pm
- Saturdays, 10:30am-12:00pm

Registration & pricing:
$75 for Two Roads CrossFit members
$100 for non-members
