To help you navigate the holidays and maintain your hard-earned results, Two Roads CrossFit is hosting a Holiday Survival Nutrition Challenge running from Monday, November 12th till Sunday, December 16th.
Prioritizing nutrition during the holidays is challenging, and we will use this opportunity to get some good habits going while the holidays roll around. This challenge will be a “scaled” version of our typical nutrition challenges and geared specifically towards helping you stay on track during the holidays. If you are unsure if this is right for you, attend the meeting for free and then make your decision!
