Engine Tune Up - Aerobic Conditioning Class

Two Roads CrossFit in Carlisle, PA is hosting a 6-week running and aerobic conditioning class starting on July 21st. You will have a chance to learn and perfect running technique, improve your run times and overall cardiovascular conditioning.

What to expect?

All classes will be coach-led with the overall goal of improving endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
Classes will cover the following:
•Running techniques with drills
•Interval and long distance runs
•Rowing or other aerobic based conditioning
•Plyometric exercises

Who is the class for?

• Runners or aspiring runners looking to improve form, pace and times
• Individuals looking to boost performance in max effort fitness tests (for example the new Army Combat Fitness Test-ACFT)
• CrossFit athletes looking to improve their aerobic fitness and running ability
• Anyone wanting to get in better shape

You don't have to be in running or CrossFit shape to do it! We'll do some testing in the first session and use your run times in the following sessions for specific pacing to achieve desired goal times for the mile and 5k.

Dates: we will start on Tuesday, 7/21 and run till Saturday, 8/29 meeting at:
- 7pm on Tuesdays
- 10:30am on Saturdays

Pricing:
$45 for Two Roads CrossFit members
$65 for non-members

Jeremy Beussink, Head Coach, CF-L2, CrossFit Endurance trainer.
Nicole Stengle, CF-L1, Aerobic Capacity trainer/ambassador. Nicole completed her specialty course with Chris Hinshaw, the Endurance Training authority & coach to various CrossFit Games athletes.
Lera Beussink, CF-L2, Aerobic Capacity trainer/ambassador.

Location: Two Roads CrossFit (1787 W Trindle Rd, Suite 803, Carlisle, PA) or track (to be announced to those who sign up).
