That's the day! The day to bring that person that you’ve been trying to convince to give CrossFit a try at Two Roads. Bring a friend (or a family member) to try out a workout with you!

Want to try CrossFit but don't know anyone who works out at Two Roads? Not to worry, join us for a beginner friendly FREE workout and get to know our community and how we do CrossFit.

What day/time? -- Friday, May 17th, 5:30pm class, current members - sign up yourself as usual and show up with your friend.

Does my friend need to sign up? -- Yes, that would be great! Please have them sign up for a free trial for May 17th, 5:30pm class, in Wodify --https://goo.gl/iYhNw6

Who can I bring? -- Anyone. CrossFit experience or not, all are invited.

I’m not sure if I / my friend can do a CrossFit workout -- Not to worry! As always at Two Roads, there will be scaling for all the movements, for all fitness levels and ages.
