Our Introduction to CrossFit Program will include 6 sessions for beginners where we will teach the foundational movements of functional fitness, nutrition, goal setting and how to incorporate healthy behaviors into everyday life.
Our program is inclusive & scalable to anyone looking to transition to a healthier lifestyle. The best part is our Community. No matter what your level of fitness is, you will always feel support and motivation at Two Roads.
This session is limited to only 10 spots. Don't wait to sign up as we won't be accepting new members as soon as we reach our capacity.
The program will start on January 16 and run till February 1st with 2 sessions per week:
- Mondays, 7-8pm
- Thursdays, 7-8pm
Price: $60 for 6 sessions, including $30 off the first month of unlimited membership for those who sign up by the date of the last Intro to CrossFit class (Feb. 1, 2017).
