Two Roads CrossFit is putting on two prep sessions for the upcoming CrossFit Open to help hone some gymnastics skills that typically show up in the Open workouts.
Session 1 will be Saturday, Feb. 4th and will cover Pull ups and Handstand Push ups.
The 2nd session will be Saturday, Feb. 18 and cover Toes to Bar and Muscle Ups. Both sessions will be from 10:00-11:00/11:30 am.
