Join us for this classic CrossFit workout to honor the men and women that have fallen in service to their country.
"Murph" is a classic CrossFit workout known as a Hero WOD. Hero WOD's are made by CrossFit to honor the men and women that have fallen in service to their country. This one is specifically to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.
Please feel free to bring your family members and friends to either participate or cheer you on.
As always, there will be multiple options to scale/modify the workout OR do it in teams of 2 or 3! We will most probably run 2 heats depending on a total headcount.
There will be food and drinks available for everyone to enjoy after the workout, hang out, meet people from other classes and commiserate with each other.

Members: please sign up for the 9am class on 5/29 as you normally do.
Non-members: please sign up for a drop-in on 5/29 using the code MURPH (drop-in fee will be waived).
