Eating well is a skill and is very similar to a progression of learning a complicated movement in the gym. To achieve progress, everyone needs some level of consistency and compliance. That does not, however, mean that you have to be perfect.
Our mentality is not "all or nothing", it's instead aiming for a little bit better every week. Join us to learn some simple strategies to implement on every day basis and how to participate in upcoming Two Roads Nutrition Challenge!
This workshop will mostly concentrate on nutrition for athletes, but we will also talk about proper recovery and other things to do outside the gym to maximize the efforts you are putting at the gym.
