CrossFit Open Prep: Session 2

The CrossFit Games Open is right around the corner! It's 5 weeks of one workout a week posted by CrossFit HQ. The first workout will be announced Feb. 22 (Open runs from Feb. 22-March 26). We'll do them at Two Roads and each athlete will have a judge to record and validate their score. Your scores will be added to a worldwide leaderboard so you can see where you stand with other members in the box, your friends at other gyms, and CrossFitters everywhere.

To help you enter the Open as prepared as you can be, Two Roads CrossFit is hosting two Open Prep Sessions on Feb 3rd and Feb 10th. 

Session 2 on Feb. 10th will cover Toes to Bar, Muscle Ups and barbell cycling.
