We either hear a lot about the things you CAN'T do while pregnant or right after baby comes OR we are being told to "listen to our bodies". But there is a happy medium and many variables we can control during these chapters to prolong our athleticism.
This 90-minute session will include a talk about athlete mindset, scaling back & adjusting exercise strategies and then gradually reintroducing movement and intensity, as well as movement demo and a short workout.
Everyone is welcome and you don't have to be pregnant or postpartum to attend. Non-members are welcome.
