Intro to CrossFit January Program

Back by popular demand, Two Roads CrossFit in Carlisle, PA is bringing our Intro to CrossFit program back!

Not sure what to expect? Here are 4 Reasons to Join Intro to CrossFit at Two Roads:

1. All Levels of Fitness Are Welcome

At Two Roads CrossFit, we are intentional about scalability in order to accommodate all fitness levels and your personal goals. At Two Roads, you find people that are pushing it weekly to achieve a personal goal, as well as people who are working on trying to get off of the couch and shed some pounds. We are all athletes. Our trained coaches scale every movement and every workout to individual fitness levels.

2. Class Training & Accountability

At Two Roads, we work out in  small groups & you have more people holding you accountable and more people counting on you to show up. Even when you’re having a low day, group energy can provide the pick-me-up you need to get motivated. We also ask our athletes to sign up for classes. This is another way to keep you on track with regular workouts.

3. Our Workouts Are Different Every Day

At Two Roads, our workouts are never the same. There are a large variety of strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises to draw upon with thousands of combinations, so no two workouts are ever alike. You won’t be bored! 

4. Community

Most of our newer members comment on how friendly everyone at Two Roads CrossFit is. Our members remember that beginning CrossFit can be intimidating; they are always there to help cheer, motivate, and lend some advice. The motivation of the group will help you achieve your goals and possibly even surprise yourself with something you thought was not possible! 


Our January 2018 program includes 6 sessions where we teach the foundational movements of functional fitness, nutrition, goal setting and how to incorporate healthy behaviors into everyday life.

This session is limited to only 10 spots. We expect the spots to fill up quickly! 

The program will start on January 15 and run till February 1st with 2 sessions per week:

- Mondays, 7-8pm

- Thursdays, 7-8pm

Price: $100. This includes $30 off the first month of a Two Roads membership for those who join by Feb 1st, 2018.
